The practice would like to inform patients that we are required to move to an alternate clinical computer system as part of a national programme.

The migration to the new system will take place from 13^th to 18^th November 2026.

For a period of time from the new system going live on 19^th November, we are likely to be less efficient with consultations and tasks taking longer to complete. We ask for your understanding and consideration during this time.
